This book is a biography of Manoj Kumar Sharma, who, despite failing his twelfth grade, went on to become an IPS officer. Manoj Sharma continued to believe in himself after failing his Class 12 exams, and he went on to pass one of the hardest tests in the nation and be appointed additional commissioner of Mumbai Police. 'Twelfth Fail' is a carefully recorded account of his life's hardships and drive to succeed. Recently, Mr. Sudhanshu Sharma, CM Devendra Fadnavis, and IPS Officer Manoj Kumar Sharma proudly supported the book's launch.
